Plant a native tree with us

Regular price $60.000,00

MAKE SURE YOU PLANT NATIVE TREES

When you make the decision to plant a tree in our forest reserve, you have the certainty that the seedlings with which the forest will be enriched in the restoration areas belong to species native to the region.

You will also be directly supporting several families that are part of our community, all of whom live in neighboring areas and are the ones that support our forest restoration processes.

Click here to find out the impact your tree will have on the ecosystem.

EVERY PLANTED TREE HAS TRAVELED THIS WAY

  1. The seed was collected within our forest by people from the community and with the support of our environmental resources technologist.
  2. Sus mother trees are marked, georeferenced, identified and measured for monthly monitoring in order to visit them in their next production season.
  3. Once they are collected they are taken to the nursery of Don Nando and Doña Rubi, they are in charge of germinating them and taking care of them until they are the ideal size to return to the forest.
  4. Due to our geographical location and to make sure we give our trees all the necessary conditions for them to grow and survive, we only have to sow twice a year, in the months of April and October, when the soil is in optimal humidity conditions.

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?

Once your tree is planted you will receive a certificate and all the information about the planting made with photos and other audiovisual elements to the email with which you made the purchase.

YOU SHOULD CONSIDER

  1. The species for this planting are: Campano (Samaneasaman), Earmuff (Enterolobium cyclocarpum), Guayacan (Tabebuia rosea), guamo (Inga sp.), Juana Mestiza (Pterocarpus sp.). The characteristics of these species are suitable for restoration because they are fast growing and resistant to the difficult conditions of degraded soil.
  2. The price of each tree includes all the necessary care for it to survive for a period of three years, after this time it will have the ability to survive without help.
  3. Product exempt from VAT.
